We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, display advertising, search engine marketing, and content marketing
• Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
• Create and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website copy
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to create effective digital marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve the best possible ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills
