Primary responsibility of the Digital Integration Project Coordinator includes serving as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for customers who request a solution with an eProcurement platform, also known as a Business Network. The project solution oftentimes includes efforts, referred to as digital integration, to provide automation for a customers order-to-cash process. The Digital Integration Project Coordinator handles intricacies of the entire project often comprising project setup, testing, issue identification and resolution of technical issues, project implementation support and training efforts. This role is a trusted expert of Airgas' SupplySync offering - our branded program encompassing our punchout site and digital integration with customers through eProcurement platforms, spend management solutions, or business networks like Coupa, Jaggaer, and SAP Ariba/SAP Business Network, among many others. S/He works in conjunction with project managers, IT resources, internal and external stakeholders, and will be involved in multiple projects, simultaneously. In addition, the eBusiness, Support Associate provides technical support directly to both internal associates as well as external customers throughout the duration of the customer relationship. A strong knowledge of SAP, Hybris and third party eProcurement platforms/Business Networks such as SAP Business Network (formerly SAP Ariba), Coupa Business Network, Oracle Business Network, GEP, JAGGAER, and others, is highly desirable. This position reports directly to the Digital Integration Project Supervisor.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
Project Management:
  • Responsible for set up, maintain, test and authenticate digitally integrated customers/users for access, login credentials, account mapping, URL connections to Airgas, portal assistance to facilitate digital online ordering
  • Gather and make necessary adjustments to account mapping, punchout programming, UOM and UNSPSC cross reference and other backend programming requests with Webmethods and AMS team
  • Lead the testing efforts on assigned customer projects, communicating with internal teams on testing progress (PMs, Webmethods, AMS, EDI, Account Managers, Commercial Sales Leaders), updates can also include external customer's contacts
  • Perform account set up process into production and communicate with external/internal teams involved in the digital integration project regarding ability to begin ordering within the production environment. Sends Go-Live Communication email upon completion
  • Utilizes software and web administration tools related to reported internal/external customer issues, including, but not limited to, SAP, Hybris cockpit tools, Chat Admin tools and submission of iSupport tickets (IT helpdesk application).
Operational Support:
  • Professionally communicates to questions ranging from routine to complex technical customer inquiries (phone, email, or Chat) regarding functionality of digital integration solution to appropriate Airgas Associate, or customer
  • Provide systematic approach to troubleshooting technical issues with customers and/or replicating issues, document details, escalate information to technical team(s) and help coordinate resolution
  • As requested by technical teams, test, analyze and/or validate digital integration technical issues through multiple hardware and software tools; report validated findings
  • As needed, with direction from eBusiness Solutions Supervisor, perform after-hours testing during the weekend Monthly Release schedule and/or before or after appropriated business hours, to validate eBusiness solutions defect resolution or new enhancements, specific to Airgas SupplySync. Report findings to technical team(s) to ensure success within the production environment.
Implementation Support
  • Act as subject matter expert for both internal and external customers regarding Airgas' eProcurement shopping options which include cXML, OCI, Level I, Level II punchout, static, or resellers catalog functionality and technical support escalation
  • Host virtual demonstrations and training sessions for external customers and internal associates to promote use of Airgas SupplySync solution provided.
  • Maintain reports related to prioritized workload and completion of daily, weekly, monthly responsibilities.
  • Represent Airgas in a professional, congenial manner in all aspects of communication.
  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
At least five (5) years of Customer Service experience required technical proficiency in SAP, web tools such as iSupport, Hybris Management Console and Hybris cockpits, internet browsers and willingness to learn operations of internally developed database (eComm Admin)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exemplary communication skills with emphasis on exuding professionalism in all situations
  • Adept in oral and written communication; excellent listener and possesses the ability to clarify information as needed.
  • Strong computer skills: Google Kite platform is a plus and MS Word & Excel, previous eCommerce support Microsoft Office software Applications, such as, SharePoint, Word and Excel ( Access and Power BI a plus)
  • Understanding of eBusiness/eCommerce, eProcurement practices.
  • Comfortable working independently, within a team environment and across the organization knowing who to engage to achieve results.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both independently and as a team member.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages
  • Previous technical support experience
  • Must be capable of sound problem solving
