Insight Global is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the B2B Digital Marketing group of an enterprise telecom client. This individual will join a team that is responsible specifically for prospective customer analytics. On a regular basis, they will analyze how prospective customers engage with the website and how they move through channels to identify where solutions need to be implemented to drive higher levels of conversion. In reviewing Digital traffic flows, they will analyze behaviors to identify where in a sequence customers opt out, determine the reason for these diversions, and ultimately provide recommendations to tailor marketing strategy and improve customer journeys. They will also be responsible for routinely reporting on project status and identified defects. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical acumen and the proven ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
