Job Responsibilities
As the Dietary Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:
- Responsible for food purchase, production and timely service of meals
- Budget and inventory management and control
- Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
- Possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise and secure the cooperation of the dietary personnel including ongoing training, counseling and development
Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of professional experience working in a senior living facility.
- Current Serve Safe Certification.
- Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or within your graduating year of obtaining certification.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
