S ummary:

Provides extensive executive-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Chief Employee Engagement Officer (CEEO). Provides administrative support to and coordinates a wide variety of functions, projects, and events for the Office of Employee Engagement. Demonstrates a passion about the employee experience and advancing a culture where employees flourish. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.


Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam. 2 years of progressive administrative support experience or 2 years of experience performing duties relative to the position. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, with ability to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Ability to take and transcribe dictation. Self-directed with ability to accept increasing levels of responsibility. Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years of experience in Human Resources or other business-related field. Proficient in design software. Experience in a health care administrative setting. Ability to analyze data into meaningful insights and/or actionable items. Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
