Dental New Patient Coordinator Job at Three Rivers Dental Group
We are currently seeking a New Patient Coordinator for our multi-location sedation dental practice. As the New Patient Coordinator you will receive all new patient calls for our four locations, being responsible to convert each call into a scheduled new patient appointment. You will also use the email to contact patients who have submitted online requests and contact these patients to schedule them in a timely manner. The New Patient Coordinator will need to have the ability to answer all the potential patients' questions in regard to dental treatment, insurance, and practice information. As well as the ability to multi task well answering numerous calls at once. All information will be documented, entered into our software, prepped and forwarded to the appropriate office prior the patients scheduled appointment. It the responsibility of the New Patient Coordinator to obtain dental insurance benefit information from the insurance company and input the insurance breakdown into the patient's chart. Therefore, a minimum of 2 years Dental Insurance experience is required for this position. Our practice utilizes Dentrix software; a solid understanding would be beneficial. This position can be in person, or hybrid/remote. Some form of initial training would need to be in person before remote would be considered. Opportunity for advancement or full time remote depends on performance.
