De-Boning Room General Helper ($21.00 - $23.00/HR DOE & FULL TIME BENEFITS) Job at In-N-Out
We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Meat Department General Helper in our Baldwin Park, CA warehouse. *This position will be permanently based in our new 26-acre Chino, CA Warehouse opening in early 2023.
General Responsibilities
Ensure that all food product and food safety obligations are met- Efficiently move beef to the butchers’ table
- Track Chuck inventory
- Trim meat as necessary
- Assist in disassembling all equipment after production has ended each day
- Assisting in other meat department positions when necessary
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)- Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. - Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; some overtime as needed
- 5 days per week, rotating schedule and alternating days off
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED- A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar
- Experience with food line work; repetitive line work
- Ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in the meat production room
Physical Demands/Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.- Cold working conditions - Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 34 degrees Fahrenheit; Temperature fluctuations in the warehouse
- Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings
