Job Title: Data Entry
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: 2 – 3 Months
Project Description:
This would be a limited time and scope project for data entry and digital filing. This project would organize digital files, including naming to a specified naming structure, upload them to a web-based software organize appropriately by a specified filing structure and add digital meta data to the files. There are approximately 65 folders of data that need to be addressed, with approximately 300-500 files per folder. It is estimated to take a maximum of 90 days to complete the project with one dedicated person. This task can be accomplished in a hybrid work environment.
Skills that we are looking for:
Exceptional computer navigation skills and can accomplish the following tasks rapidly and repetitively: typing, renaming files, and moving files to and from different locations fluidly in a system
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to quality check and verify accuracy is necessary
Ability to find data in a document quickly
Ability to understand basic file structures
Ability to apply a thematic rule to all files of specific types
Understanding that this is a very repetitive project/task
