Systems Engineer (Cyber Security) - $170-200k - On-site in Denver, CO - Space Sector
I am currently supporting a cutting-edge aerospace business, based in Denver, in their search for a Cyber Security focused Systems Engineer to join their growing team.
You will be in charge of executing the security specifications, architecture, and design for embedded and sizable distributed DoD space systems in this position.
You will conduct systems engineering tasks in the fields of cybersecurity, such as Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Cryptographic System Security Engineering (SSE), and Certification & Accreditation, while applying risk management ideas to reduce vulnerabilities in system security designs (C&A).
In accordance with the programme ISSM, you will direct cross-functional teams to conduct system level risk-based threat analysis and identify appropriate control and mitigation methods.
Key characteristics & Experience:
- Strong Systems Engineering experience
- Space sector experience
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 RMF
- Experience with Cyber Security from a Systems Engineering perspective
- Active Secret Clearance
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Denver, CO
