Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers is a third-generation auction company looking to expand its team to candidates willing to be self-motivated and hardworking.

This position encompasses both field and office work. This position will allow you to work independently and as a team to prepare for sale day both online and at the auction sites. Those that enjoy working heavy machinery, listing inventory and photo staging will find this a great fit.

The work location will be in Moses Lake, WA with team travel around the PNW. Sufficient notice and planning will be provided. This is an on-site role.

No auction experience is needed to work in this role! Hands-on training will be provided.

The Opportunity:

• Assist customers with bidding platform
• Login troubleshooting
• Registering buyers and bids
• Troubleshoot IT services
• Assist customers with check-out and payment process
• Assist auctioneer and auction staff as needed
• Photograph and list onsite inventory prior to sale

Here’s what you bring:

• Experience with IT and troubleshooting with customers
• Good computer skills and able to learn new programs quickly.
• Good spoken and written communication
• A track-record of working safely, and helping others work safely, too.
• You must be able to relate well with customers and team members.
• You like to work in a team, helping out wherever needed; but you can also self-start and work on your own.
• You're organized, and can handle complex tasks

This job will require you to:

• Be onsite, 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday (and on auction days)
• Work occasional overtime, including weekend hours.
• Hold and maintain a valid, clean driver’s license.
• Travel as required to other auction sites within the region.
