Summary: The Customer Sales Associate is a key role in driving sales for the carwash. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for selling monthly membership packages to prospective customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for building relationships and closing deals. You will work under the direction of General Manager and Manager in Training and receive a competitive base pay of $15/hr+ commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling monthly membership packages to prospective customers
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer information
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Staying current with company promotions and offerings
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals
- Attaining and exceeding individual sales goals
- Consistently seeking new sales opportunities
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Providing regular updates to the manager on sales progress and customer feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
