Customer Service Representative (Hybrid option in Tyler, TX area)

Location: Tyler, TX

Primary Responsibility

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including database management, client contact, and preparation of reports, renewals, proposals, and support for the CAS sales team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the CAS sales team and clients.
  • Prepare, review and proof proposals and data to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain client contact database and website users.
  • Train new clients or contacts on the website.
  • Assist with resolving client concerns or questions.
  • Provide back up to the receptionist.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required.
  • All other duties as assigned

Additional Functions & Responsibilities

  • Process audits annually.
  • Process renewals annually.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years relevant customer support and/or call center experience
  • Experience that reflects ability to represent the company in a professional manner .
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must report in-person to Tyler, TX location. Hybrid option available for those residing in Tyler, TX and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in workers’ compensation claims preferred but not required.
  • Customer phone support experience
  • Financial services or insurance experience is a plus.
