We are looking for a well-organized, highly motivated person to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for responding to customer needs and understanding the organization's various products and services. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, and will be able to maintain a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Listen to customers' complaints and resolve problems to the best of your ability.
- Provide support and information to customers regarding products and services.
- Call customers to update them on the status of their orders or service calls.
- Listen carefully and respond quickly to customers.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
