Customer Service Representative Job at Arden Insurance Services
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Representative to perform various administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and email inquiries during Pacific Time Zone Business Hours (M-F 8-5)
Receive and send mail on behalf of Arden Corporate Office
Prepare and transmit reports on a regular basis, as requested
Follow-up on past-due collections
Perform entry-level accounting reconciliation and duties
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices is a plus
