FM Expressions is looking for a meticulous, dedicated, Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Support team at our Gordonsville, VA location.

The ideal candidate MUST LIVE within a commutable distance from our Gordonsville, VA office, have superior customer service skills, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.

FM Expressions, an affiliate of Green Applications, provides customizable t-shirts and promotional items for a wide spectrum of customers. From tote bags to t-shirts, and sweatshirts to drawstring bags, we provide top-notch quality customizable merchandise for any occasion.

About the position:

• Full-time position with benefits
• Work hours are Eastern Daytime (EST) hours
• Bi-lingual (fluent in both Spanish & English) is a PLUS
• Remote location (will be required to come on-site for training the first 3-4 weeks)
• Biweekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product orders
• Ask probing questions to determine root-cause for any concerns
• Execute the appropriate resolution for the customer
• Assist customers with the proper use and application of our products
• Troubleshoot product-specific issues with the customer
• Escalate customer concerns to the Product Technical Support team for next level review when necessary
• Must have the ability to convey technical jargon and concerns in a way that customers can understand
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bi-Lingual (Fluent in both English & Spanish) a PLUS
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be comfortable in a call-center environment with moderate noise levels on a regular basis. Will also be exposed to warehouse environment occasionally, with lack of temperature control and higher noise levels.
• Physical requirements include ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer station, stand and walk regularly throughout the day, use hand dexterity to operate computers and equipment throughout the day. Must also be able to lift up to 30lbs at times.
• Training is provided and includes training on production floor, call shadowing, and shadowing in various stages of production to gain product knowledge.
