- Create, review, and implement customer services, workflows, programs and ensuring efficiency with SLAs
- Communicate and manage all customer inquiries and requests through multiple platforms (email, phone, instant messaging, etc.)
- Motivate and manage a team to acquire specific goals towards marketing and growth
Customer Experience Manager Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or community management at a business-to-consumer (B2C) brand
- Proven knowledge of working with a CRM system for ticket management
- Experience working in an e-commerce brand in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle is a HUGE PLUS
