Responsible for ensuring the Sales Leadership team is best represented in the way they communicate to their team and partners. You do this by working directly with leadership to understand and clearly articulate their business priorities. You own the end-to-end creative process and have the ability to see the big picture while keeping eyes on every detail. You own the creative strategy and are a strong voice/educator for the team, building trust while partnering with the broader team to create elegant stories. You lead a team of creative problem solvers and ensure there is consistent messaging, design and processes across all lines of business in the US. Key Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience leading communications or similar experience in design or multi media across diverse teams balancing between delivering on short-term projects and motivating change.
- Self-managed and independent. High sense of responsibility and self-guidance needed to be successful.
- Out of the box problem solver who owns the creative process within the organization.
- Able to effectively partner with all team members in a fast-paced environment with changing direction.
- Is seen as a creative problem solver and leader in the organization.
- Ability to make clear decisions and staying calm when working under tight deadlines.
- Handles large quantities of work making thoughtful, timely decisions.
Description
-Own end-to-end design processes for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences and C-level internal and external meetings. - Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for creative resources in the US. Create resources to ensure US Sales messaging stays aligned - Manage presentation development; develop storyline, talk track and deliverables - Establish design intake, creation and delivery processes across US Sales for key communication opportunities - Develop elegant and cohesive stories that convey complex business concepts to a wide range of audiences - Roll out a suite of communication delivery mediums - including Keynote, video and web tools Key Deliverables: - External Top to Top/C-level external meetings - Internal Town Halls/Conferences - Business Plans/Account Plans with C-level audience - Lead a COE for creative resources in the US. Bringing the community together to share standard methodologies and offer creative over-site to ensure messaging stays aligned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $188,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
