We're looking for CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALISTS to join our team!

If you enjoy helping customers through their car buying journey and providing courteous and professional assistance to shoppers, we have the right opportunity for your next career move. We're looking for talented team members with exceptional communication skills, via phone, email, text and video messaging to assist automotive shoppers in selecting vehicles, gathering information, and arranging visits to the dealership.

Your typical workday includes assisting multiple customers with the ambition to ensure buyers make the best possible purchase decisions. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, talking with car shoppers, answering questions, and providing information. In addition, you will be leveraging email, texting and video communications to support our customer’s requests while they are considering our vehicles for purchase.
