About the Role:


Renaissance Network Reinvent is seeking a motivated, self-starting Customer Account Coordinator to effectively manage an existing customer and their products. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Quality, you will act as the “Voice of the Customer”, effectively translating and communicating customer requirements to internal teams (Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement) to maintain KPIs such as OTD, TAT, RMA, and Scrap and ensure the best service possible to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all parts of the business, our value proposition, and the products and services we provide.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customer’s goals, needs and expectations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, purchasing, and planning) to meet customers’ requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Share client requirements and expectations with internal teams.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with the customer by communicating regularly with clients to answer questions or resolve issues.
  • Strong negotiating skills that overcome customer obstacles and objections.
  • Work closely with Renaissance Business Development function to understand industry trends and their impacts.
  • Provide Management with regular updates and define ongoing strategies to work within the customer base.


Experience & Skills


  • 3+ years of account/customer program coordination experience with products and services in telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, environment, or defense
  • Track record of responding to client needs with compelling proposals which deliver business value in a market-competitive manner.
  • The confidence and experience needed to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels externally and internally
  • Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an autonomous environment.
  • Energy and commitment to solving last-minute issues or customer demands.
  • Advanced use of Excel, and PowerPoint, together with analytics and the ability to tell a story using data and influence business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using ERP & CRMS systems.
