Hours Per Day: 8, afternoon starting times vary. Some positions may have weekend hours as assigned.

Type of Position: Continuing. Sites may include SFHS, SFMS, SFES, EBES, and CCES.

Salary: (B21) per Custodian Work Agreementwith range of $18.12 - $19.80 per hour

Supervisor of Position: Chris Wirz, Maintenance Program Supervisor

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Special Class 'C' Boiler's License is required. Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.

Summary of Duties: Knowledge and experience in modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc). Some positions may require knowledge and experience in laundry care.
