Position Summary

The role of the Cultivation Lead is to guide, maintain and care for cannabis plants, the facility and the Cultivation Technicians while reporting to the Cultivation Manager. Main tasks include but are not limited to the daily procedures and department assessments, organizational and scheduling work and daily cleaning that keeps the Cultivation Department running smoothly and without errors in a team environment. All tasks are to be safely performed while maintaining state compliance.

• IPM Maintenance
• Fertigation Events
• Training Assistance
• Department Inventory and P.O. Assistance
• Room Setup and Daily Maintenance
• Cloning Procedures
• Plant Transfers
• Plant Shaping and Leaf Defoliation
• Trellis Application
• Plant Harvesting
• Dry Room Organization
• Following Organizational Instruction without error
• Log Entries
• Daily Cleaning
• Work Efficiently and Accurately
• SOP Compliance

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Good communication skills.
• Good personal hygiene skills
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good organization skills/maintaining a clean workplace.
• Minimum 2 years cannabis experience required.
