We operate three, high-volume fast-paced co-branded Cold Stone Creamery and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory stores with day, evening, and weekend shifts available. We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment with opportunity to boost your income through tips earned while creating the ultimate customer experience.
Responsibilities will vary with experience and positions which include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Greeting and serving guests delicious treats
- Making the world’s greatest ice cream
- Making waffle cones and bowls
- Dipping gourmet caramel apples
- Assembling and decorating frozen cakes and novelties
- Maintaining a sparkly clean and friendly environment
- Sharing your fun and creative personality
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to clearly communicate with customers
- Be punctual and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be willing and eager to learn and apply yourself
- The ability to work 5 or more hours a day on your feet
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible / open availability (some fixed shifts available)
- Previous work / customer experience is a plus
