We are seeking a Credentialing Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
This position serves as the manager and liaison between the Ernest Health Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and Ernest Affiliates’ (Affiliates) hospital administration and their medical staff for all credentialing purposes. Serves as the leading resource for the CVO and Affiliates Medical Staff. Collaborates with others to gather required documentation and information in order to complete credentialing process. Manages the software system(s) to assist in the organization and allows for the availability of information gathered. Integrates the Ernest Health mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum two (2) years of credentialing required in a hospital required.
  • CPCS or CPMSM certification preferred

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective leadership skills in delegating, organizing, and educating coworkers and staff.

  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Qualifications:
