Position Summary:
The Creative Content Producer is responsible for the development and implementation of original digital and print media in support of the internal and external marketing communication initiatives for the Triumph team of brands (TBK Bank, Triumph Commercial Finance, Triumph Insurance, Triumph Business Capital, TriumphPay). The Creative Content Producer will be part of the team that helps tell the visual story and conveys our brand, product and services offerings, as well as its values and mission statement.
Position Description:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide graphic design support for external marketing and sales efforts (i.e., print advertisements, sales slicks, brochures, web banner ads, infographics, trade show collateral, presentation decks, email templates etc.)
  • Create and edit wide range of video/photo content, including client testimonials, web-ready ads, monthly overview/explainer videos and content for social media.
  • Works with third party direct mail firm, promotional products/inventory vendors and/or select agencies.
  • Ability to follow content/editorial calendar and meet recurring deadlines.
  • Supports internal marketing functions – company events, employee headshots and other related tasks.
  • Collaborates with marketing team on content creation strategy and dissemination.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ professional marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of financial, freight, transportation, and/or logistics industry experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, manage and oversee production of creative materials, taking ideas from concept to completion.
