Provide support for the Development and Operations Departments, including coordinating departmental activities, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day to day operations and develop and facilitate the efficient flow of confidential information to, from and within both departments.

What you will be doing:
  • Manage Deal Sheet circulation, filing and approval process, including tracking and reporting
  • Gather information for department’s annual budget and track budget to actuals
  • Provide Development with updated project costs vs. approved preliminary deal sheet costs
  • Book domestic and international travel including hotel, car rental and flights
  • Prepare expense reports for Senior Managers
  • Assist with conference planning and travel arrangements for conferences including ICSC and CinemaCon
  • Assist in managing calendars for EVP, Chief Operations Officer, SVP Domestic Development & SVP US Operations
  • Assist with competitive activity reporting, including updating TAS/Kalibrate and monitor industry and other competitive data for dissemination within the department
  • Assist with other project/admin support as necessary
  • Organize/ coordinate Operations/Development quarterly meetings and periodic Operations events for theatre management teams visiting the TSC
What we need from you:
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks/projects within predetermined deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail in reports, travel planning and email correspondence

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with TAS/Kalibrate mapping and demographic tools
  • Experience with OBI, Smartview/AMCFin reporting
