Coordinator is needed for a contract opportunity with our client in the entertainment industry – must be located in the Culver City, CA area.
1 month with possible extension
Pay $29.58hr.

Description:
The Content Mastering and Delivery Group (CMDG) Airlines Coordinator will be responsible for delivering TV/episodic product to our Airline and Ancillary clients. The Coordinator position deals heavily with both internal clients (Airline Sales team) as well as external Airline and Ancillary clients.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include; vendor management, materials research, troubleshooting delivery issues, facilitating redeliveries for asset/source rejections, placing orders/writing purchase orders for asset creation and delivery, tracking deliveries via internal systems, updating systems with delivery confirmations, and onboarding new clients.
The Coordinator position requires a self-motivated, highly organized, fast working, team-player who is very comfortable being client-facing and working directly with internal sales teams. The coordinator should be able to problem solve and think critically about the product and workflow. The Coordinator should be able to effectively prioritize the abundance of work to use time efficiently and hit hard deadlines. The Coordinator will be asked to work on special projects when required, on top of their regular duties as a servicing Coordinator.
This position works very closely with internal CMDG teams to manage deliveries, as well as the internal Mastering team to align on the availability of source masters for new features or acquisition titles.
Qualifications:
In-Depth Knowledge of:
Video, audio, subtitle digital file formats/codecs
Basic Knowledge of:
Film/TV Production & Post Production workflows
Skill In:
Microsoft Office
MS EXCEL proficiency is required
Xytek based software for inventory research and PO creation
Ability To:
Be client-facing/customer focused while maintaining a client services attitude
Self-motivate
Prioritize workload based on due dates and urgency
Problem solve beyond your role using critical thinking skills
Work quickly and make calculated decisions with limited supervisor input
Take direction from upper management when its presented
Be detail oriented
Organize data to provide meaningful information for project planning and forecasting
Communicate information in a clear, professional manner
Update databases on a timely manner
Take on additional project management duties
Thrive in a deadline driven environment
Learn new skills and grow as an employee by accepting new challenges
Participate and provide support as a team player to the rest of the team
