Contracts/Repair Coordinator
Experience with Exostar, Transcepta, HASP, CAV, PIEE, PCARRS, and/or other customer/government portals preferred but will train.

The Contract/Repairs Administrator role is a key position of customer support and repair services at Orbit and it is vital to have an accurate and diligent contract service individual in this role.

The person filling this role must be well organized, accurate, and possess the ability to be concise in order to maintain our commitment to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Authorizing, preparing, and closely monitoring new orders as well as Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s).
  • Working closely with Sales, Production/Planning, Quality, Accounting, and customers to improve quote/purchase order accuracy and meet delivery expectations.
  • Prepare and systematize spreadsheets while maintaining organization and accuracy of existing spreadsheets.
  • Working in customer/Government portals to update company info, enter/maintain data, acknowledge/print purchase orders, and submit invoices.
  • Providing quotes for repairs
  • Fielding/answering customer calls and emails to provide status and feedback.
  • Receive customer repairs, create repair forms, and prepare/ participate in weekly repair meetings.
  • Shipment preparation (creating C of C’s, packing lists, and invoicing) of daily production and repair orders.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills at all levels.
  • Experience shipping with UPS and FedEx both local and international.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiations, interpersonal, analytical skills, and independent thinker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills – will interact with all levels of personnel.
  • High work ethic – will multi-task and perform on a timely basis with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Organized self-starter.
  • Strong Microsoft® Office Suite; proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Exostar, Transcepta, HASP, CAV, PIEE, PCARRS, and/or other customer/government portals preferred but will train.

Preferred Skills and Education

Mature, teachable, and dependable personality able to handle a high volume and fast paced environment.

Travel is not required but you will need to obtain a passport for government process identification.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000/yr. Depending on Experience

Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F
