Position Description:
Contact Center Voice channel team is responsible for supporting contact centers globally. We focus on providing a reliable voice channel for seamless and positive customer experience. We implement the next generation of Contact Center Voice channel solutions that deliver enhanced value to our customers, our dealers, and our business. This position is for a Voice channel software engineer developing and supporting the UCCE call flows specifically with ICM and CVP with Java. Day to day development will be helping with maintenance, small changes and diagnostics of operational defects, and implementing configuration. They will work on an agile team and deliver product deliverables based on the backlogs. Significant knowledge is needed about the CISCO UCCE environments to diagnose both application and infrastructure outages. Developer will need to collaborate with both infrastructure and other development teams.



Skills Required:
* Participate in every month's sprint planning and coordination between the business and team in all aspects (Requirement clarification, technical design, development, and technical support) related to the IVR project * Requirement Analysis, Design, Presentation, Code Review and Development * Provide estimate based on the requirements * Work with Technical Product Manager, Anchor and Business Team to get clarification with the requirements * Development of IVR Call Flows using Cisco Call Studio 12.6 * Build the Call routing scripts using Cisco ICM script editor 12.6 * Create test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara) * Maintain Call studio IVR applications code in GitHub * Experience with CI/CD pipeline and automated deployments * Create Contact center application design and call flows (includes DB, middleware & host integrations)
Experience Required:
* 5+ years of experience with ICM (Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise) 5+ years of experience with CVP (Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal)-Applications Experience * Splunk or similar technology experience * Java, J2EE, * Cyara * Experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response), VXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language), UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), CTI (Computer telephony integration) * Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience Preferred:
* Experience with NLU(Natural Language Understanding) IVR application development * Experience with designing and developing conversational AI IVR flows using cloud solutions * Experience with Cloud contact center solution
Education Required:
BS in IT or related area, or equivalent experience
