Construction Project Manager for New Construction
Great Southern Homes, a regional SC-based builder seeks an experienced Project Field Manager for its Florence operations to meet the increased demand for our homes.
Candidate should have a minimum 2 years’ experience managing multiple projects and/or neighborhoods. Less experience will be strongly considered with construction sciences background.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Subcontractor and vendor scheduling
- Timely completion of projects, etc.
- Quality control
- Adherence to budgets
- Homeowner orientation
- Neighborhood appearance
- Safety
