You have completed a HS diploma or Associate degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an computer technician role for at least 2 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You may have also acquired the following skills:

  • Ability to Install image, tests functionality, troubleshoot and deploy personal computers of the company
  • Ability to install software applications specific to the PC order specifications
  • Ability to follow documented procedures to process incoming orders and maintain physical and electronic inventory accurately
  • Ability to interact with customers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their computer orders
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficient at documenting and processing orders for computers and computer related peripherals.
  • Creativity and latitude is required.

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Imaging Computer Technician in Lynchburg, VA, your work will include providing physical computer support for the majority of the personal computers, printers in use by the employees of Framatome; images computers, performs data transfers, installs software, packages and ships items to various locations.. Workstation technicians may also provide limited support for approved applications in use by the Company. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $23 - $29 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
