At First Horizon Bank, the Community Specialist is responsible for the targeted management of communications for the lines of business they support for marketing purposes.

Facilities Coordinator

• Primary contact for Hill Center facilities which includes
  • Calendar management for internal meetings at Hill Center
  • Meeting support to include: Set-up, break down, coffee, flipcharts, wifi, nametags, food contact (if needed)
  • Space planning for internal associates. Assist with desk assignment, and helping new employees get all technical equipment needed
  • Complete OIM requests as needed for badge assistance
  • Sort, distribute and reroute mail daily, fed ex and ups included
  • Order building supplies as needed
  • Provide associate engagement opportunities
  • Internal communication liaison

CRA

• Represent Middle TN as market liaison for regional CRA initiatives
• Utilize Kadince to run reports, log volunteer hours, and assist in entering foundation donations
• Identify geo code for different areas for low income development reporting to determine eligibility
• Lead and participate in service hour opportunities.

Public Relations/ Middle TN support

• Ticket Assistance: coordination of approved tickets to individuals
• Coordinate table hosts and attendees for designated sponsorships
• Maintain middle Tennessee annual budget
• Process department invoices
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly reports as designated by Tracy Oakley
• Provide additional event support (as needed)
• Create and manage inventory of marketing items and support those who need giveaways
• Expense reports
• Travel coordination and assistance
• Project management as needed

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 0-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office suite
