THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Commercial Lines Representative is responsible for providing all aspects of service support to commercial lines insurance customers. The commercial lines representative works under the direction of two to four account managers. The account manager will delegate work assignments to the commercial lines assistant. If needed, account servicing, additional training and problem-solving assistance will be provided by the account manager or department manager. The commercial lines assistant supports the goals and values of DMIG/HUB.

• Process policies: e-file/attach agent copy and process original copy for delivery to the insured – AM/CSA will proof policy
• Issue Evidences and Certificates of Insurance
• Process direct bill endorsements
• Miscellaneous duties: e-filing/attaching of drop filing, printing, e-filing/attaching of on-line reports, policies, endorsements, cancellation warnings, department housekeeping and all other work assignments delegated by the account manager
• Order loss runs
• Order policy changes and update agency management system

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 1 or more years of related experience
• Ability to respond promptly to customers’ needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service
• Perform all job requirements, consistently produce quality work, complete tasks accurately and on time, prioritize and plan work assignments, use time efficiently to meet productivity standards and commitments, take responsibility for own actions, be responsive to coaching from account manager, customer service agent and department manager

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000* and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
