Main Purpose

Ensure all programs related to the region in terms of Infrastructure, services, and facilities are implemented on time with quality and cost according to the requirements of every program and every customer. Working with the bests interests of Metalsa and also avoiding any facility disruption while delivering competitive program(s) launch related to Infrastructure needs of the Projects.

Customer-Supplier Relationship

-Internal Interaction-

• Program team to understand timing needs and expectations to ensure internal and external milestones are met
• Procurement: Collaborate to establish RFQ and to negotiate with the suppliers any proposal for any program.
• Plant: Collaborate with the plant to ensure not to have a disruption in the daily basis operation and implement the programs on time.
• Maintenance: To ensure having updated all the capacities for all ll services (Air, Gas, electricity, water)
• Value Proposition (quoting team): Work to provide estimates, costs, and information to support the end quote to the customer

-External Interaction-

• Suppliers of Core equipment: Find the optimal solution from our supplier in terms of quality, cost, and service.
• Customer: Justify costs and design of our infrastructure cost.

Education/Experience

• Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Administration)
• MBA desirable
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the automotive industry including 3 years of experience in projects
• 2 years of Projects Administration preferred
• 2 years of hands-on experience in project implementation in Greenfield and/or Brownfield
• As an FYI – Greenfield is brand new from the ground up and Brownfield is an existing building to be retrofitted to meet the needs
