Job Summary
Develop and implement student recruitment plans and activities for the UT Arlington College of Nursing and Health Innovation (CONHI) focusing primarily on increasing the number, quality, and diversity of the undergraduate/graduate population, both freshman and transfer, graduate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan student recruitment programs including development of presentations and marketing materials for the undergraduate/graduate market in remote locations. This includes having knowledge of all programs in CONHI.
  • Plan and implement recruitment activities and meetings for prospective students on and off campus. This requires occasionally working nights and weekends, and travel.
  • Assess recruitment progress and keep records of prospective student contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with Enrollment Management on MavExperience, MavConnect and any other university wide initiatives.
  • Assist in running and managing pre-college outreach including school year outreach events and summer outreach camps.
  • Participate in the campus wide Recruitment Coordinating Committee.
  • Represent UT Arlington College of Nursing and Health Innovation at college fairs, conferences, high schools, and community colleges and other recruiting opportunities.
  • Participate in campus events, professional conferences, and individual professional development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience working with recruitment and similar environment.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated willingness and/or experience working collaboratively with students and/or coworkers from a wide range of abilities, backgrounds, and experiences.
