CNA/Home Health Aide
We are looking for a compassionate CNA, HCA, grandfathered in NAR's to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in an all male boarding home.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services for patients
- Perform domestic and household tasks- no lifting above 50lbs
- Administer simple prescribed medications
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
Skills
- Proven working experience with residents
- Ability to monitor vital signs and behaviors
- Familiarity with personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate/First Aid training
- Food handlers card
- 12 hours of continuing education
- CNA/HCA/NAR certificates
- Pass a background check
Training starts at $14.00 an hour and then advancments to be gained.
