Primary home health position - provide care in patient’s homes and some assisting in the PACE Center. One year elder care work experience preferred. Must have current Florida CNA license and be willing to travel daily in the counties listed below. Monday thru Friday – Days – must be able to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual preferred.
