What You'll Do

• Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with the CNAs, LPNs and RNs
• Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge base in practice of care
• Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards
• Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families
• Promote and maintain Apple Rehab's Core Values

What You Must Have

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all certification requirements.
• Must have no record of convicted patient/resident abuse with State Registry.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions by others.
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward the residents and their support networks.
