Our organization is looking for an experienced Club Manager to join our team. This is a seasonal position (September-April). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, as well as a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the club, including managing staff, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. We are looking for a leader who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the club.
• Lead weekly meeting with the residents.
• Supervise staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
• Develop an active volunteer program among residents, solicit input and involvement from residents to stimulate awareness and participation.
• Work with residents to assist in the establishment of resident led activities.
• Secure all entertainment, food, decorations, and items necessary to carryout events while ensuring adherence to all insurance and licensing requirements.
• Follow all local and state regulations for BYOB and Special Event licensing, as well as reporting requirements.
• Ensure that all club facilities are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
• Oversee the operation of the clubhouse, kitchen, and ticket counter as applicable to ensure adequate staffing, policy and procedure implementation and administration, asset control and required documentation.
• Monitor financial performance of the club and take corrective action when necessary.
• Organize special events for members.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
