How can you help to advance our mission?

We are looking for a Client Services Strategist to manage and build relationships with our clients. The ideal person will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, acting as a liaison between clients and Strategio, and resolving any issues or concerns that arise. In Client Services, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, providing market knowledge and program information, maintaining up-to-date client records, and growing the account with returning business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to opportunities or concerns in a timely manner
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our program and services to effectively assist clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Technologists and program success
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to increase placement opportunities for Strategio Technologists with our existing clients

Your skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Passionate about working with a diverse group of people from a broad variety of cultures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple enterprise accounts
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Plus- Proficiency with Slack, CRM (HubSpot) systems and Google Workspace
  • Plus- knowledge of the Enterprise Technology ecosystem and/or Financial Services Institutions
  • Plus- previous experience in enterprise customer service, enterprise account management, enterprise sales, 360 recruitment, engagement management or enterprise consulting
