ABOUT THE POSTION:
We are seeking a motivated Operations Clerk/Will call tem member to join our business. The Operations clerk will serve callers, drivers, and will call customers by greeting and directing callers and drivers.

Schedule M-F 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Greets and directs customers and drivers both inbound and outbound in the will call desk.
  • Enters will calls, outbound trucks and inbound trucks into will call log spreadsheet.
  • Gathers manifests and organizes and seperates BOL's from driver load paperwork.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Balancing cash and preparing bank transactions.
  • Process online credit card processing, collections.
  • Manage the will call shipping and recieving scedule.
  • Keep supplies stocked and inventoried.
  • communicate with both operations and sales for scheduling and resolving problems.
  • Must be friendly & professional.
  • Help with special projects/ general admin duties.
