Overview
Cirkul is a rapidly growing beverage technology company looking for CX Specialist. Cirkul’s CX Team needs enthusiastic, thoughtful, motivated problem solvers who are passionate about creating an innovative customer experience.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact with customers and engage with them via email and chat answering questions about Cirkul products and representing our mission, values, and voice.

Your schedule will be:

  • 2nd shift: Works a 4 week rotation
    • 4 weeks: M-F, 1pm-10pm
    • 4 weeks: Mon, Thurs, Friday 1pm-10pm + Sat & Sun 10am-7pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide “above and beyond” customer service in all interactions with customers and think creatively about ways to optimize each customer’s experience
  • Troubleshoot customer questions, issues, or complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively help our customers
  • Working across multiple communication channels (phone, chatroom & email)

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Fast typist
  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
  • Technically proficient
  • Ready to love where you work
