Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm or 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am
Job Description
- Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
- Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
- Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
- Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate from the State of Indiana
