What you need:

• CNA/HHA
• Tuberculosis test (skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray)
• A driver's license, vehicle, and insurance
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Covid vaccination
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Pay rates:

• Weekdays, shifts 5hrs or more = $18.25/hr
• Weekends, shifts 5hrs or more = $20.00/hr
• Weekdays, shifts 4hrs or less = $20.00/hr
• Weekends, shifts 4hrs or less = $21.00/hr
• Weekdays, staffing = $22.00/hr
• Weekdays, staffing = $23.00/hr
