Caregiver Recruiter Job at Passion Care
Growing Home Care company located in Rockland County, NY is looking to hire a full-time recruiter. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, patient and organized. You will be cold calling a list of leads to onboard caregivers with us.

Job Description:
- Recruit new caregivers to work with us
- Process new aide hiring
- Collect all required paperwork
- Review documentation
- Audit file for compliance
- Communicate with patient and aid when needed
- Various other HR duties as assigned
Full-time only. Training provided.
- Salary PLUS commission based.
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to keep calm and stay focused under pressure
- Home Care office experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
