Canvassing Manager Job at EverDry Waterproofing
EverDry Waterproofing is looking for an experienced canvassing manager to lead our marketing team. Our In-Field Marketing team canvasses local neighborhoods around central Ohio and sets up FREE INSPECTIONS for home owners. No Selling, No phone work.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and Motivating a team of 5-10 Canvassers
Scouting neighborhoods to canvass in the central Ohio area
Accounting for Daily and Weekly lead goals
Transporting team to the field in company vehicle and dropping canvassers off in designated neighborhoods
Training new employees
Hours Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm will vary seasonally)
Requirements:
Positive Attitude
Strong Leadership Skills and 2+ years management experience
Valid Drivers License with 4 points or less
1+ years Canvassing Experience
