Assist Health Group is looking for an energetic individual to join its scheduling call center team. This is a work from home/remote position

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will :
1) Be responsible to field incoming calls from new and existing customers. Answering their queries and providing the highest level of customer service.
2) Resolve escalated calls.
3) Coach and manage a team of call center agents to provide the highest level of customer service
4) Calculate and Report call center metrics to management

You would be a great fit if you have
1) Experience working in a call center environment
2) Experience training call center agents to provide a high level of customer service
3) Experience working in the healthcare field

This is a full-time Remote/Work-From-Home position. You will be eligible for benefits, PTO and annual bonuses. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
