THE JOB:
As a Busser/Runner for Bet MGM Bar & Grill, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, resetting tables, and running food to both the tables and bar area to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing dishware, running customer food orders, and maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Takes pride in their work.

Describes themselves as detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks at one time.
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
Is at least 21 years of age or older.
