Responsibilities:
Position Outline

The Business Information Engineer, Procore Specialist is responsible for Procore Construction Software use throughout the company. This includes supporting project teams in using Procore PM and Quality & Safety through setups, training, and workflow management. The Procore Specialist is also responsible for program use optimization, development, and innovation to ensure that Posillico operates as efficiently as possible.


Typical Responsibilities – Procore management

  • Working with project teams in setting up users and roles; PM tools such as Drawings, Submittals, RFIs, Specifications; Q&S tools such as Inspections, Punch List, Incidents
  • New employee on-boarding and training; existing employee refresher training
  • Project-level user training, including the PM team, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Company and project-level work-flow development, customization and management
  • Template development and management
  • Reporting development and management
  • Monitoring and optimizing program use through regular analysis and targeted user training/retraining on underutilized, critical tools
  • SOP development and management and adaptation of Procore processes into the Posillico PM Manual
  • Innovate program use company-wide by keeping up with Procore Software updates and new features, the Procore Marketplace and opportunities for third party integrations, and attending UGM webinars and meetings
Qualifications:
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in using Procore Construction Software
  • Construction field experience is preferred
  • Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain systems and processes
  • Advanced computer skills are required

Business Information Director

Compensation:
$75,000 to $100,000 per year
