The Business Analyst will be assisting the Department of State’s Bureau of the Comptroller & Global Financial Services (CGFS) to increase and improve the use of collaborative and productivity toolsets such as Microsoft Teams and Robotic Process Automation to drive organizational change and modernize business processes.

• Collaborates with departmental subject matter experts and senior staff to develop strategies for organizational change management within CGFS
• Serves as the CGFS liaison for IRM enterprise technology such as Microsoft Cloud and RPA, including Microsoft Teams, along with UiPath Task Capture and others
• Produces and conducts live and virtual demonstration presentations on best practices pertaining to these digital platforms
• Works with CGFS staff in DC, Charleston and abroad to troubleshoot issues with these platforms and develop governance policies related to licensing, usage, and information management
• Supports CGFS staff working remotely to ensure secure and efficient access to necessary platforms and services
• Collaborates to create requirements documents for public facing websites
• Manages remote enrollment services
• Manage mobile device issuance and inventory (phones, tablets, encrypted thumb drives, RSA hard tokens)

• Interim Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, training or user support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
