Build Specialist Job at STATION AUTOMATION, INC

STATION AUTOMATION, INC Remote

COMPANY OVERVIEW

PSTrax is one of the fastest growing software companies in the public service industry. We are a SaaS solution helping First Responders with their operations checks by offering safer and more efficient rig and inventory tracking. We help automate and streamline the operational aspects of our clients’ jobs – saving agencies, on average, 700% in time and cost savings in the first year alone.

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

A primary reason for our company’s success and why customers love our product is that we custom-configure the system to each client’s specifications, often using their existing checklists. Clients send us their inspection sheets, inventory lists, and other deliverables related to their vehicles and equipment. The Build Specialist then cleans up and imports that data for our customer.

We are currently looking to hire a detail-oriented Build Specialist to help manage the data and deliverables received from our customers, convert them into Excel templates, and then upload them into the PSTrax platform. This requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an innate drive towards customer satisfaction.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Import data into client’s platform and log in to verify accuracy.
  • Work with the Build Manager to prioritize projects and meet client deadlines.
  • Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must!
  • Accurate typist with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while remaining organized and adjusting priorities based on workload or direction from management.
  • Procedural in nature, with a mindset for problem-solving.
  • Results-driven, self-starter, strong team player, and focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience with Zoom, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal, written (email), and interpersonal communication skills.
